Terms and Conditions
Placing an order
You may place an order by using the on line shopping cart, by telephone or email. You can also visit our shop in Brunswick Place, Dawlish thereby saving on P&P costs. Phone number and email address can be found on the contacts page.
All goods must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order including P&P charges where applicable.
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order at our discretion, although we would only do this in certain circumstances.
Despatch and Delivery
We aim to despatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving your order and cleared payment. Goods are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded and will need to be signed for. P&P charges are dependant on the weight and size of the article and we only charge what it costs us to post and pack. These charges are stated clearly when you place your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service but if we are aware of any imminent delays we will attempt to despatch your goods by another method.
If goods are required for a special occasion we suggest you order at least 1 week before goods are required.
Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your order at any time up to despatch by informing us by email or telephone and all payments will be refunded. If not entirely satisfied you may return an item up to 7 days after receipt, as soon as we receive the goods back in their original packaging complete with all manufacturers tags and labels we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately unless goods are faulty you will be liable for postage costs. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty we ask that you return them to us clearly stating the fault or damage and we will either replace the item (subject to availability) and refund your postage costs or we will refund in full.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Overseas customers
We can send overseas but please email first for postage charges because these will be higher.
